Women’s Health: The Benefits Of Drinking Tea Daily.

So, I know how hard it is to stay on track when it comes to clean living. With everything going on in your life, it seems that your health is the last thing on your to-do list.

But I have found a few things that really keep me on a healthier lifestyle wave in this modern world. One of the gems that keeps me whole is tea!

Tea has several internal and external health benefits when you are taking it consistently.

Benefits:
– aids in stimulating hair growth
– reduces cramps & bloating
– helps with the digestive system
– helps promote a stronger immune system
– helps with weight loss
– helps in reducing stress
– could help with heart health
– promote bone health
– helps your smile shine bright (some teas = whiter teeth)
– helps with energy levels (with less caffeine)
– Some teas contain more antioxidants than others, but this keeps us young and protected from pollution.

Tea can work for anyone, because it can be served hot or iced. Add some honey and cream, and there you have it!

A really nice drink on a hot day or a cold winter’s night. The best part about tea is not just the fantastic taste. It has crazy excellent health benefits. So, you are not just enjoying a delicious drink but aiding your body in long-lasting health. In my book, drinking tea is called working smarter, not harder.

The types of teas are the key.

What are your favorite teas, or which ones do you take for health reasons?

Types of tea’s

White tea’s – antioxidant-rich tea.

Black tea – energy,  calms stress levels & antioxidant

Green teas – need a cleans, digestion, heart health, protect from bone loss

Herbal tea’s – digestive & antioxidant

Oolong Tea – strong antioxidant power

Pu’er tea – detoxifying properties and weight loss

Hibiscus tea – helps with cramps, bloating, upset stomach & women’s health

Rooibos tea – contains cancer-fighting properties

Drink up!
