So, I know how hard it is to stay on track when it comes to clean living. With everything going on in your life it seems that your health is the last thing on your to-do list. But I have found a few things that really keep me on a healthier lifestyle wave in this modern world. One of the gems that keeps me whole is tea!
Tea has a tune of internal and external health benefits when you are taking it consistently.

– reduces cramps & bloating
– helps with the digestive system
– helps promote a stronger immune system
– helps with weight loss
– helps in reducing stress
– could help with heart health
– promote bone health
– helps your smile shine bright (some teas = whiter teeth)
– helps with energy levels (with less caffeine)
– some teas contain more antioxidants than others but this keeps us young and protected from pollution.
Tea can work for anyone, because it can be served hot or iced. Add some honey, cream, and there you have it! A really nice drink on a hot day or a cold winter’s night. The best part about tea is not just the amazing taste. It has crazy amazing health benefits. So, you are not just enjoying a really good drink but aiding your body in long-lasting health. In my book drinking tea is called working smarter not harder.
