Make This Pre-Smoked Salmon and Baked Sweet Potatoe For Dinner Tonight

I usually whip this up in about 45 minutes including prep time of 15 minutes. This is my go-to when I need a light & quick protein dinner and still has an amazing taste of course.

It isn’t heavy which can work if you’re trying to gain or lose. It packs a punch with good sources of protein, healthy carbs & vitamins. This meal is so easy to put together; not to mention pretty cheap for a salmon dinner.

And yes this is a super classic dinner made millions of times before, but for this receipt, it’s all about the salmon you choose. And I’m going to tell you where and which one to get. Girl….

This is for the on-the-go girl who needs something that tastes great, is easy to make (seriously), and is on a clean meal plan.

This is me, and if this is you let me know how you like it!

PS – but, I know you will, but still “)

Ingredients

  • Whole Foods – Atlantic Salmon
  • Large Organic Sweet Potatoes
  • Cinnamon
  • Vegan Butter
  • Avocado Oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Peper
  • Wax Paper

Instructions

Cooking the sweet potatoes first.

  • Wash off and pat dry with a paper towel
  • Get your large sweet potatoes and cut them into cubes (your preference if they are thin cut or thick cut)
  • Place in a bowl and sprinkle on your cinnamon (you can’t add too much cinnamon, I add till one side of the potatoes is brown.
  • Then drizzle on the avocado oil (drizzle enough to cover every potato cube and all sides. It’s okay to have extra oil in the bowl or pan at the end.
  • Place the wax paper on a flat baking sheet and pour your potatoes on the wax paper; oil and all.
  • Place in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes and till your likeness.
  • Take out and let cool for 10 minutes

Now let’s cook the Salmon

  • First place some wax paper on a flat baking pan
  • Get your Alaskan smoked salmon out of the package and place it on the baking pan
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt across the salmon and some avocado oil (a teaspoon)
  • Place in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes but no more than 15 minutes.
  • Take out!

Plate and Enjoy!
