Don’t feel any way about it, we all go through it and need a reset at some point in our life. As a lifestyle blogger, this idea or question comes up often. How do I reset my life to change for the better?
Here I am going to give you the main tips from our life reset checklist that will light that fire back in you.
When reading this list do me a favor and ask yourself, am I ready to make a change and become the person I’ve always wanted? If you’ve gotten this far in the post than the answer to the question is probably YES!

Life Rest Checklist
1. Setting Boundaries
Setting boundaries; let me explain. If you are resetting that means you want or need a change in your life.
To get a different outcome you need a different way of life.
Setting boundaries was my first step in resetting and getting a new positive outcome. So, make a list of new roles you know you can not break or budge on so that you can avoid distractions and level up.
For example: I needed to use most of my free time working on my business. So, that meant I could not hang out with my mom or family as much on weekends, only planned dates happened with my boyfriend (meet and end time, once a week), couldn’t take a vacation or trips for one year and I cut my leisure and dinning money in half.
This list was hard for me and family mostly. But, I keep reminding myself it will pay off. And it did!
2. Aesthetic
Create your workplace aesthetic. You can not work or create in the wrong environment.
Whether you are trying to reach your fitness goals or trying to become this 6-figure girl boss, your environment matters. Clear your space get a notepad, planner, or laptop, and do your work there.
It’s simple but makes a world of difference. If you can’t work or plan where you are currently there are always spaces available like Starbucks 🙂
3. Self Care
The original hustle culture has never worked for me and it’s not realistic for most.
So, let’s dream, work, and change while taking care of our self properly.
Things I do for self-care
- Quiet time (meditation)
- Eating clean & strawberry smoothies!
- 10-minute home workout routine
- Aromatherapy bath at night
- Keep my hair and nails done
- Keep clean aesthetic (self & wardrobe)
- Random fun activity once a week
- Keep car tidy
- Detox facials once a month
- Getting enough rest or downtime
4. Get Your Sh*t Together
No mission can be executed without a PLAN. Get a notepad, planner, or laptop and in great detail plan your change.
Start with what you want, then write a separate list about what you think it will take to get those goals. After that list 3 goals you want to hit every month tell the goal is met.
Finally, write a daily task every day, so by the end of the month you have achieved your 3 goals for the month.
