Want to know how to make insanely tasty and clean protein shakes every time? These 3 simple things are tested and approved clean protein shake rules you need to know.

Startig on a more clean smoothie routine is extremely exciting and confusing at the same time. At lesat it was for me.

As a practicing clean lifestyle girl my self, I am sharing with you my top 3 rules I have learned throughout the years. These tips can make the most amazng tastying smoothies and with all the good your body needs always.

This post is about how to make insanely tasty and clean protein shakes every time.

Best tips on making tasty clean protein shakes

1. Picking your protein powder

Get Protein

One of the main ingredients you will need is clean protein. This will be a surprise but you are going to bypass the words on the front of the protein package: like vegan, 100% clean, premium, no GMO, etc… and instead go straight to the back of the package to the Ingredients List.

To purchase a clean protein regardless if its WHEY protein or Vegan or anything; you are going to get the protein that has 3 or fewer ingredients in it.

This just ensures the product is as natural as possible and not mixed with a lot of other filler ingredients/ from concentrate. You do this by reading the ingredients listed on the back of the product under ingredients.

2. The type of fruit you should add to your smoothie

Now let’s make this smoothie taste good. You will need to always add a frozen fruit to your smoothie.

The veggie is optional at this time, but to make an amazing-tasting smoothie every time you have to include a fruit and it should be frozen. You can freeze your own or buy frozen.

My favorite fruits to add are frozen blueberries, pineapples, magos, or strawberries. If you want to add veggies now you can.

The veggies will add, added vitamins and nutrients to your smoothie. I add veggies to most of my smoothies and I don’t even taste them when I follow these rules.

3. Adding a natural sweetener

Last but not least you will always need to add in a natural sweetener and be generous. A few of my favorite sweetens are honey, agave, or dates.

Blend everything with your milk of choice or coconut water and enjoy. My favorite milk to use is oat milk.

You can make endless amazing combinations with these simple rules. Try it out! I know you will love it.
