Washing your face shouldn’t be hard. And it’s not, but there are some things to consider and know about washing your face and choosing the right cleaner that can save you in the long run.
As an esti and beauty professional, I have worked with so many different skin types, with different lifestyles, skin triggers, and routines. I also say to women looking to get on a better skin journey is the easiest thing to update within your skincare cabinet is your cleaners. Cleaners are one of the things that you use every day so you end up restocking on this more often. Most people pick either a cleaner for dry skin, oily skin, or the combo.
That being said there are 5 main rules I have for cleaner and melanated skin,
5 rules/guidelines you should go by when cleaning
- Check and pick the cleaners where the first or second ingredient is filtered, spring, or infused water.
- When in dealt chose a creamy cleaners
- I’m not going to list all those super long words companies use to hold toxic chemicals but if you can’t pronounce it or read it without taking a breath, put the cleaners back.
- If you don’t have or use an exfoliate you can message the cleaner into the skin for a deeper clean.
- An underrated tip: pat dry your face never ever rub. You’re pulling the skin and allowing lines to set in.
What is your fav hobbie?

My favorite skincare focuses on anit-aging, large pores, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and brightening.
Here are my top 5 cleaners that do just that
P.s. – Do not use make-up wipes to clean your make-up off. Only use it if this is your only option at the time or traveling. These products are not good for your skin because of all the chemicals and rubbing you have to do. It is also not eco-friendly.
